To use Türkiye Finans Internet Branch, please make the Internet Explorer browser settings as follows:

On the Turkish Internet Explorer browser menu:

• Görünüm > Dil Kodlaması
  The option "Otomatik Seç " must be checked.
  Pls. click for the screen display.
• Araçlar > İnternet Seçenekleri > Genel > Ayarlar
  The option "Otomatik Olarak" must be checked.
  Pls. click for the screen display.
• Araçlar > İnternet Seçenekleri > Gizlilik
  The option "Orta" must be active.

On the English Internet Explorer browser menu:

• View > Encoding
  The option "Auto Select" must be checked.
